Feasibility studies and design of the proposed Bayabas dam and reservoir for bulk domestic water supply in Bulacan, Philippines. The alternative development options have dam heights ranging from 55 to 125 meters. Optimization studies for the size of dam and reservoir considered financial viability for privatized operation of the facilities. The project is proposed for BOT implementation by private proponents from the Philippines and USA.
