»	JBIC – assisted Bago River Irrigation System Rehabilitation and Improvement Project, Negros Occidental, Region VI, Philippines. The objective of the program is to increase the service (irrigated) area from its current average of about 7,500 hectares to 13,211 hectares and upgrade the O&M of the system. HTC undertook detailed design and construction supervision of the civil works, institutional development and participatory approach program for O&M.

Undertake engineering studies and supervision of construction for the flood protection work for the developed areas and neighboring properties, preparation of the necessary construction plans and relevant design documents.
